The Commission shall hold at least one (1) meeting each month of a regular meeting date. The Chairman may call special meetings as often as may be necessary to properly conduct the business of the water and sewer system. Each Commissioner, exclusive of the Mayor and Council Member, shall receive a salary of compensation at the rate per meeting as established by the city from time to time. The compensation shall be payable monthly from the revenue of the water and sewer systems. The Chairman or, in his absence, the Vice-Chairman shall preside at the meetings.
