§ 22.007 POLICE DEPARTMENT POLICY MANUAL ADOPTED BY REFERENCE
   The Shelbyville Police Department Procedural Manual is hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this code, except that any portions thereof in conflict with present city ordinances, general personnel policies applicable to all city employees, KRS 15.520, the Police Bill of Rights, and any other statutes or portions thereof required to be adopted by ordinances are excluded.
