§ 21.001 ESTABLISHED

   There are hereby established the following non-elected offices of the city:

   (A)   City Administrator;

   (B)   City Clerk;

   (C)   Chief of Police;

   (D)   City Engineer;

   (E)   Fire Chief; and

   (F)   Building Code Enforcement Officer.
