§ 20.200 ELECTION
   Each City Council member shall be elected at-large at a regular election in accordance with the nonpartisan city election laws provided in KRS Chapter 83A. There shall be no nonpartisan primary election for the nomination of candidates of the Office of City Council, regardless of the number of candidates running for the member seats on the Council.
