The catchlines or headings of all chapters, articles, divisions, subchapters, or sections or other provisions of this code printed in italicized type, bold type, or which are capitalized are intended as words to indicate the contents of the sections and shall not be deemed to be titles of the sections, nor a part of the sections, unless so provided by the ordinance from which the sections were derived.
