(A) Any person seeking review and approval of the Shelbyville City Engineer and/or Fire Chief, of a plat, planned unit development plat, or development plan shall be assessed a fee as set forth in subsection (B) herein, which fee shall be collected by the City Engineer before a review of the plat is undertaken by the City Engineer and/or Fire Chief.
(B) The fee for review of a planned unit development plat, development plan, or other plat, shall be as follows:
(1) Planned unit development plat: $400.00
(2) Development plan: $150.00
(3) Preliminary review of any plat other than a planned unit development plat (plus $4 for each additional lot): $100.00
(4) Final review of any plat other than a planned unit development plat (plus $4 for each additional lot): $200.00
