§ 30.212 CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS, CONTACT INFORMATION. AND COLLECTION DATES AND TIMES
   The franchise holder shall respond to all customer complaints and shall maintain a local telephone number, or a toll free number, by which customers can contact the franchise holder. Garbage collection shall be made in accordance with the negotiated contract terms. Collection shall not take place prior to 6:00 a.m., nor after 6:00 p.m., and it will not be permitted on Sundays or, at a minimum, the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day. Garbage not picked up on said holidays shall be picked up on the next business day, with the collection for the remaining days of the week that follow the holiday to be made on the regular schedule. Any additional holidays observed by the franchise holder shall be explained and set forth in any submitted proposal or bid to become the franchise holder.
