Each customer will initially be allowed at least one (1) container for the collection of garbage and one (1) container for the collection of recyclables. The franchise holder shall provide the containers and the customer shall use only containers that are provided by the franchise holder. Additional containers will be available for no more than a nominal fee, and customers must contact the entity responsible for billing of such services to arrange for additional containers.
