All itinerant merchants, peddlers and solicitors conducting business under a license acquired pursuant to § 61.015 shall be subject to the following restrictions:
(A) All business shall be conducted between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
(B) Business shall be limited to the locations identified in the permit.
(C) No juveniles shall be allowed to engage in the licensed business except under adult supervision.
(D) A copy of the license authorizing the business activity shall be in the possession of the licensee at all times the licensed business is conducted.
(E) No organization may apply for nor be granted more than two (2) licenses per year.
(F) A license will be valid for a maximum of five business days. Any license that exceeds one (1) day shall be for consecutive business days. No business conducted pursuant to this chapter is permitted on weekends.
