§ 51.007 PROCESSING OF DEAD ANIMALS AND FOWL.

(A) No person shall butcher, skin, dismember or dress any dead animals or fowl so as to unreasonably expose such act or acts to the view of the public.

(B) No person shall perform any act or acts as may be permitted by this section without disposing of all animal remains and waste in a sanitary manner.
