§ 32.006 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Requirements for the design, maintenance and a menu of Best Management Practices (BMPs) are located in the Construction Site Stormwater Run-Off Control Seciton of the city Stormwater BMP Manual. The regulations set forth in the city Stormwater BMP Manual shall be the standard of practice for site construction within the city.
