§ 73.021 SMOKING CIGARETTES OR THE LIKE
   It shall be unlawful for any person to smoke or have in his possession a lighted cigarette, cigar, or pipe in any theater or other public place of amusement, or public hall, within the city while such theater or other place of amusement or hall is being used by the public for amusement purposes, or public gathering.
