A certain document, three (3) copies of which are on file in the office of the City Clerk/Treasurer or Code Enforcement Officer of the city, being marked and designated as the most current edition of the “International Property Maintenance Code” as published by the International Codes Council as amended by Shelbyville City Ordinances, is hereby adopted as the existing structures code of the city for the control of buildings and structures as herein provided. Each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of the “International Property Maintenance Code” are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof, as if fully set out, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in § 71.002 of this subchapter.
