(A) The fee for building contractors identification shall be as follows: The fee for building contractor identification shall be fifty dollars ($50.00).
(B) The fee for a moving contractor's identification number shall be fifty dollars ($50.00) per year.
(C) The fee for wrecking identification shall be as follows:
(1) The fee for a Type “A” Wrecking Contractor's identification number shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00) per year.
(2) The fee for a Type “B” Wrecking Contractor's identification number shall be two hundred dollars ($200.00) per year.
