§ 70.016 ISSUANCE; FEE
   (A)   A certificate of occupancy shall be issued within five (5) days after written application therefor or a statement is given in writing specifying the reasons why a certificate of occupancy cannot be issued.
   (B)   A fee of five dollars ($5.00) shall be paid to the City Inspector for each certificate of occupancy.
