Whenever any dwelling, dwelling unit, rooming house, or rooming unit is found to contain violations of the subchapter, the Building Official shall give notice that unless the violations are corrected within a reasonable period of time, the occupancy certificate will be revoked, subject to appeal before the Board of Building and Housing.
