§ 70.002 DESIGNATED ENFORCEMENT OFFICER
   The Building Official/Chief Code Enforcement Officer of the city shall be designated as the local enforcement agent/agency for the Kentucky Building Code. All building code inspections shall be performed by persons certified by the Kentucky Department of Housing, Buildings, and Construction. All electrical inspections shall be performed by a certified electrical inspector specifically approved by this jurisdiction.
