§ 68.999 PENALTY

Any person violating this chapter shall be guilty of a Class B Misdemeanor. In addition, the city shall be entitled to injunctive relief prohibiting the continuation of an adult entertainment activity or adult entertainment establishment not in compliance with this chapter.
