The sidewalk cafe operator shall indemnify and save harmless the city, its officers, agents, and employees, from all loss, costs, expenses, damages, or claims, including reasonable attorney's fees arising out of the operation of the sidewalk cafe. The operator shall present to the City Administrator a certificate of insurance for public liability insurance having combined coverage limits of not less than one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00).
