Restaurants located in the central business district (as defined in the Shelby County Zoning Regulations adopted March, 1994) which meet the following conditions may apply for a permit to operate a sidewalk cafe in conjunction with the restaurant.
(A) The restaurant must hold an eating establishment permit issued by the Cabinet for Health Services through the Shelby County Health Department.
(B) The restaurant must have interior seating capacity for not less than twenty (20) patrons.
(C) The restaurant must hold a city net profits business license.
