§ 62.001 CONFORMANCE TO APPLICABLE STATE AND LOCAL REGULATIONS REQUIRED
   (A)   No person, firm, or corporation shall sell, deal in, traffic in, or give away any intoxicating liquor, distilled spirit, wine, or malt beverage in any quantity whatever, or cause the same to be done without having procured a license as provided in this chapter, nor without complying with all of the provisions of this chapter, all Kentucky Revised Statutes, and state and local regulations applicable thereto.
   (B)   The provisions of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Laws and of the Commonwealth of Kentucky (KRS Chapters 241 through 244 and the applicable Kentucky Administrative Regulations), and all amendments and supplements thereto, are adopted in full, as far as applicable, as a portion of this chapter unless otherwise lawfully provided herein.
   (C)   In addition, the definitions of the words used throughout this chapter, unless the context requires otherwise, shall have the same meaning as those set out in the State Alcoholic Beverage Control Laws, and all amendments and supplements thereto.
