§ 61.036 RESTRICTIONS ON SOLICITING ALONG STREETS AND HIGHWAYS
   All solicitation from pedestrians or solicitation on or along streets or highways from occupants of vehicles shall be subject to the following restrictions:
   (A)   All solicitations shall be conducted between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.;
   (B)   Solicitations shall be limited to the locations identified in the solicitation permit.
   (C)   All solicitors shall wear light reflecting clothing and shall remain in areas marked by safety barriers, highway cones, or similar devices;
   (D)   No juveniles shall be allowed to engage in solicitation except under adult supervision;
   (E)   A copy of the solicitation permit authorizing solicitation provided for by this subchapter shall be in the possession of the solicitor at all times during solicitation.
   (F)   No organization may apply for nor be granted more than two solicitation permits per year.
   (G)   A solicitation permit will be valid for a maximum of five (5) days. Any solicitation permit that exceeds one (1) day shall be for consecutive days.
