§ 61.035 PERMIT REQUIRED; DEFINITION
   No person shall engage in the solicitation of funds in the city without a permit granted under the terms of this subchapter. As used here, "SOLICITATION" means the act of seeking or obtaining funds on or along a public street or highway.
