§ 61.023 APPEAL PROCEDURE
   (A)   Any person aggrieved by a decision under §§ 61.017 or 61.022(B) shall have the right to appeal to the legislative body. The appeal shall be taken by filing with the legislative body, within fourteen (14) days after notice the decision has been mailed to that person's last known address, a written statement setting forth the grounds for appeal. The legislative body shall set the time and place for a hearing, and notice for the hearing shall be given to such persons in the same manner as provided in § 61.019.
   (B)   The order of the legislative body after the hearing shall be final.
