§ 61.015 LICENSE REQUIRED; FEE
   (A)   Any person who is an itinerant merchant, peddler, or solicitor shall obtain a license before engaging in that activity within the city.
   (B)   The initial license fee shall be fifty dollars ($50.00) per day per person and shall be set from time to time by the legislative body.
