§ 61.004 CONDUCTING BUSINESS FROM VEHICLE OR PRIVATE PROPERTY
   (A)   No permittee shall be allowed to accept orders for goods or sell directly from a vehicle of any kind while standing in a public street.
   (B)   No business shall be conducted from a vehicle on private property without the prior written permission of the owner of said property furnished by said owner to the City Clerk/Treasurer.
