§ 27.200 WHO MUST FILE
   The following classes of officers and employees of the city and city agencies shall file an annual statement of financial interests with the Board of Ethics:
   (A)   Elected city officials.
   (B)   Candidates for city elective offices.
(KRS 65.003)
   (C)   Members of the Triple S Planning and Zoning Commission and Board of Adjustment who are appointed by the city.
   (D)   Members of the Board of Ethics created by this chapter.
   (E)   Members of the Water and Sewer Commission.
   (F)   Members of the Historic District Commission.
