(A) Except as provided in subsection (B), it shall be the duty of the owner, lessee, or occupant of any lot or land to cut and remove or cause to be cut and removed all such weeds, grass, or other rank, poisonous, or harmful vegetation or other unsightly and unhealthy undergrowth or rubbish as often as may be necessary to comply with the provisions of § 50.001.
(B) For property with an agricultural zoning classification, the requirement in subsection (A) herein shall only apply to that part of said property that is within fifty (50) feet of the property line of any adjoining tract of property.
