All sidewalks within the streetscape area shall be replaced with new concrete sidewalks and curbs which shall conform to the design specifications in the streetscape plan. Due to the variations in sidewalks from block to block, the design specifications for the new sidewalks, curbs and paver strips shall vary from block to block. The design specifications for each block shall be determined by the Director of Public Works/City Engineer. No property owner shall alter the Director of Public Works/City Engineer’s design specifications.
