(A) Fines for parking in a prohibited zone shall be five dollars ($5.00) if paid to the Police Department within ten (10) days from the date of violation.
(B) The fine for parking in an unloading zone shall be ten dollars ($10.00) if paid to the Police Department within ten (10) days from the date of violation.
(C) The fine for meter violation in the city parking lot shall be five dollars ($5.00) if paid to the Police Department within ten (10) days from the date of violation.
(D) The fine for illegal parking in a disabled person zone shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00) if paid to the Police Department within ten (10) days from the date of violation. Violators who fail to pay this fine to the Police Department within ten (10) days from the date of violation shall be cited into district court and subject to the fine of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) and court costs.

(E) The violators who fail to pay any of the fines enumerated in divisions (A), (B), or (C) of this section, to the Police Department within ten (10) days from the date of violation shall be cited into district court and subjected to a fine of ten dollars ($10.00) plus court costs.
