§ 40.135 DISPLAYING FOR SALE; WASHING OR GREASING
   No person shall park a vehicle on any roadway for the principal purpose of doing the following.
   (A)   Displaying the vehicle for sale.
   (B)   Washing, greasing, or repairing the vehicle except repairs necessitated by an emergency.
