(A) As an additional requirement to obtain the permit provided for in § 32.039, the property owner shall enter into an inspection and maintenance agreement, the terms of which shall be approved by the city. The Maintenance Agreement shall be executed before the city shall grant final approval of the stormwater management plan and issuance of permits. A copy of the maintenance agreement may be found in the City of Shelbyville Stormwater Best Management Practices Manual.
(B) The property owner/developer/applicant shall be responsible for all maintenance and record keeping as detailed in the maintenance agreement set forth in the most recent version of the City of Shelbyville Stormwater Best Management Practices Manual.
