§ 25.103 PUBLIC RECORDS EXEMPTED FROM DISCLOSURE

Certain records are not public records. Those which are not public are specified in federal and state law and/or rulings of the Kentucky Attorney General or the courts. The city will not make those exempted records available for public inspection.
