(A) Paper, leaves, grass, or similar trash shall be placed in containers, and care taken to prevent same from spilling or blowing on the street or private premises.
(B) No trash, leaves, grass, rubbish, litter, or other trash shall be placed in the streets, alleys, or gutters at any time.
(C) No trash, grass, leaves, or other similar trash shall be burned in the gutters or streets or private property at any time.
(D) No sweepings from sidewalks shall be swept into the gutters or streets at any time.
