§ 76.05 EQUIPMENT INSPECTION.
   Each golf cart shall be inspected by a City of Shelbyville Police officer to ensure that the golf cart is equipped with the following:
   (A)   Turn signals;
   (B)   Head lamps and tail lamps;
   (C)   Slow moving vehicle sign;
   (D)   Brake lights; and
   (E)   Rearview mirror.
