§ 76.04 FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY.
   Liability insurance shall be maintained, and up to date, at all times by the owner, operator, or lessee of the golf cart. Written proof of liability insurance shall be available either on the golf cart or carried by the operator at all times.
