§ 32.08 CRRSA FUND.

(B) The source of funding includes monies allocated to the city from the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 Public Law 116-260 of the 116th Congress and anticipated to be distributed to the city in 2021 and possibly 2022.

(C) The city shall only appropriate or request reimbursement from the funds for those uses established and approved in Public Law 116-260.

(D) The City Common Council shall adopt a plan which provides details for the use of funds.

(E) The CRRSA Fund shall exist until terminated by ordinance of the city Common Council. Moneys from this Fund may not be transferred to another fund of the city until properly used for reimbursement.
