§ 91.098 EMERGENCY LIGHTS IN PUBLIC/EMPLOYEE RESTROOMS.
   Newly constructed and remodeled Class 1 structures shall have emergency lights installed in public and or employee restrooms, for the reason of these locations being utilized during severe weather shelter locations.
