In determining the requirements for fire flow, the Fire Chief, or his or her designee (Fire Marshal, Fire Inspector), shall utilize 675 IAC 22 Appendix B - "Fire Flow Requirements for Buildings" and 675 IAC 22 Appendix C - "Fire Hydrant Locations and Distribution" as a guide. The requirements in Appendix B and C may not be made more stringent by the Fire Chief, Fire Marshal, Fire Inspector, or his or her designee.
