The Fire Chief, or his or her designee (Fire Marshal, Fire Inspector), is hereby authorized and directed to administer and enforce the following:
(A) All provisions of this chapter.
(B) Variances granted in accordance with I.C. 22-13-2-11.
(C) Orders issued under I.C. 22-12-7.
(D) Codes, laws, statutes, and standards under the Indiana General Administrative Rules (GAR), International Fire Code, International Building Code, International Electrical Code, International Mechanical Code, International Residential Code, International Plumbing Code, International Fuel Gas Code, International Swimming Pool Code, and NFPA Standards.
