(A) A nonreverting fund known as the Nonreverting Scrap Metal Fund is established and ratified.
(B) The fund shall receive monies from the sale of scrap metal.
(C) Expenditures may be made for employee appreciation activities, including but not limited to, the purchase of awards and meals.
(D) This fund shall exist until terminated by subsequent ordinance. At the time of termination, any remaining monies shall be transferred to the general fund.
