(A) A nonreverting fund known as the Nonreverting Vending Machine Fund is established and ratified.
(B) The fund shall receive monies from the sale of items from vending machines.
(C) Expenditures may be made for restocking, repairing, or replacing the vending machines. Excess monies may be expended on employee appreciation activities, including but not limited to, the purchase of awards and meals.
(D) This fund shall exist until terminated by subsequent ordinance. At the time of termination, any remaining monies shall be transferred to the general fund.
