(A) A nonreverting fund known as the Nonreverting Drunk Driving Enforcement Fund is established and ratified.
(B) The fund shall receive state monies dedicated to funding special traffic safety details such as Operation Pullover.
(C) Expenditures may be made for overtime payments to officers working the special details.
(D) This fund shall exist until terminated by subsequent ordinance. At the time of termination, any remaining unearned monies shall be returned to the state. Earned money shall be distributed as provided in division (C).
