§ 32.33 RESTRICTED DONATION FUND.
   (A)   A nonreverting fund known as the Restricted Donation Fund is established and ratified.
   (B)   The fund shall receive donations made to the city which are restricted to a particular use or purpose and for which a separate fund does not exist.
   (C)   Expenditures may be made for any legal or corporate purpose of the city consistent with the donor's restrictions.
   (D)   This fund shall exist until terminated by subsequent ordinance. At the time of termination, any remaining monies shall be transferred in a manner consistent with the donor's restrictions, unless otherwise allowed by law. If allowed by law, remaining monies will be transferred to the general fund.
