(A) A nonreverting fund is established to receive monies budgeted for insurance costs and claims. The funds that may be transferred to this nonreverting fund include, but are not limited to:
(1) 1101-013-122 Medical Insurance (Ambulance);
(2) 1101-017-122 Medical Insurance (Animal Shelter);
(3) 1101-022-122 Medical Insurance/H.S.A. (General);
(4) 2201-100-122 Medical Insurance (MVH);
(5) 2204-101-122 Medical Insurance (Parks);
(6) 2206-140-122 Health Insurance (Aviation);
(7) 371-150-122 Medical Insurance (Redevelopment);
(8) 6201-021-130 City Employees Hospital (Utility Office);
(9) 6201-022-130 Employee Hospital (WRRF);
(10) 6501-400-130 Health Insurance (Storm Water).
(B) Expenditures from the fund may be made for insurance costs and claims.
(C) The fund shall exist until terminated by subsequent ordinance. At the time of termination, any remaining monies shall be transferred to the general fund, unless otherwise directed by the terminating ordinance.
(D) The fund shall be known as Fund #7704 - Nonreverting Health Insurance Fund.
