(A) The city adopts the minimum internal control standards and procedures as set forth in I.C. 5-11-1-27 and adopted by reference as if fully set forth here in, and the Uniform Control Standards for Indiana Political Subdivision as published by the Indiana State Board of Accounts, as may be amended from time to time.
(B) The city also adopts the city Policy Regarding Erroneous or Irregular Material Variances, Losses, Shortages or Thefts set forth in Ordinance 16-2790 by reference as if fully set forth herein.
