§ 70.43 THREE-FEET SAFE PASSING DISTANCE BETWEEN MOTOR VEHICLES AND BICYCLES.

The operator of any motor vehicle overtaking or passing a bicyclist shall leave a safe distance of not less than three feet between the motor vehicle and the bicycle, and shall maintain that distance until safely past the overtaken bicycle.
