§ 159.20 DESIGNATION OF FLOODPLAIN ADMINISTRATOR.
   The City Council of the City of Shelbyville hereby appoints the Plan Commission Director to administer and implement the provisions of this chapter and is herein referred to as the Floodplain Administrator.
