(A) All divisions of the city shall have a uniform charge for any check that is received that has non-sufficient funds in the banking institution to pay the check, that is written on a closed account, or is otherwise dishonored.
(B) There shall be a set charge of $25 for any non-sufficient funds check, check written on a closed account, or check that has otherwise been dishonored.
