§ 32.04 CITY ELECTS TO BE GOVERNED BY THE INSURANCE SET ASIDE STATUTE.
   (A)   The city elects to be governed by I.C. 27-2-15 “Available Insurance Proceeds Set Aside”.
   (B)   The above-referenced statute establishes a procedure whereby the city may be reimbursed from insurance proceeds for costs incurred for rehabilitating or demolishing structures damaged by fire or explosion.
